Becca Hofer manages several projects related to maternal and child health and food and nutrition. She serves as the project manager for the Early Childhood Systems Technical Assistance and Coordination Center, which provides technical assistance to 20 HRSA-funded state agencies and nonprofits. In addition to project management, Becca is experienced in program evaluation, including quantitative and qualitative research methods, and has contributed to an array of process, outcome, and impact evaluations. She holds a masters degree in public health from Tulane University.
