The conference brings togetherstate, federal, and local policymakers as well as leaders who administer, manage, and deliver waiver and other HCBS programs. Attendees will learn about, and collaborate on, practices and policies that improve state systems delivering long-term services and supports (LTSS) for all ages and abilities. The 2022 HCBS Conference will take place August 14–18. Attendees can join the event virtually or in-person at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, DC. Visit the conference website to learn more.

Altarum is proud to sponsor, present, and exhibit at the 2022 HCBS conference.  Visit with our team in exhibit booth 907 to learn about our solutions and services to support state efforts to improve HCBS.

On Wednesday, join the “ADvancing States LTSS Workforce Solution: Why your State should Engage Now and the Pathways for Contracting” panel discussion, moderated by Altarum’s Krissy Azeem, to learn about the utility of the enhanced ConnectToCareJobs.com platform – the LTSS workforce solution for states, state employers, and workforce candidates. During this panel, participants will hear about the enhanced solution, its features, and the vision for using this tool to support a sustainable workforce approach from Michael Monson. Michael will be joined by Jennifer Fuller, Project Manager, ADvancing States, and key state partners already involved in shaping the solution, including Roxann Medina, State of Texas, Disability Services Project Manager, and Haley Gleason, PhD, State of Colorado, HCPF Economic Recovery Officer, Strategic Outcomes Division Director.

Our Delivery System Transformation focus area is home to forword-thinking experts who support foundations, states, and federal clients in designing and implementing holistic approaches to advance health equity, inclusive of access to LTSS, primary care, behavioral health, and community resources.  To learn more, connect with Maggie Fairchild, Krissy Azeem, or Christine Stanik onsite at the conference.
