Research shows that investments in housing, nutrition, and transportation can improve health and well-being of vulnerable populations. Yet financing these investments remains a challenge for communities. Join experts from George Mason University and Altarum for a series of four free webinars on a promising new approach to financing such services in a sustainable, collaborative, and equitable way among local stakeholders.

This webinar series is free and open to local health leaders and advocates, including coalitions, state and local government agencies, employer groups, social service organizations, health care organizations, and related groups. Participants will learn practical approaches they can apply to their own communities in addressing and funding the social determinants of health.

Funding for this series is provided by the Commonwealth Fund, the Missouri Foundation for Health, the Episcopal Health Foundation, and the California Health Care Foundation. Learn more about the project.
