Malesa Litteral oversees Altarum's HR team, the Office of the General Counsel including Compliance, and information technology support services.
Malesa brings over 20 years of leadership experience to Altarum, including a role as senior vice president of human resources at a global research and development government contractor, and roles as a consultant and as an attorney in private practice specializing in employment and benefits law. Her expansive initiatives have helped organizations achieve missions that advance the public good by investing in people, culture, and innovation while also ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Malesa holds a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
