Max Entman is President of Palladian Partners, an Altarum Company, where he leads the firm's mission to advance health and science through strategic communications. A creative and collaborative executive with deep federal health sector experience, he has driven significant results for multiple federal agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Homeland Security, among others.
Prior to joining Palladian Partners, Max served as Senior Vice President of Human Experience at Aptive Resources, where he led a portfolio of federal health communications programs that consistently earned exceptional client satisfaction ratings. Under his leadership, his division grew from 25 to more than 150 professionals while achieving 40% year-over-year revenue growth. His teams earned numerous industry awards for innovative health marketing campaigns, including work that drove thousands to enroll in healthcare benefits.
Previously, as Vice President of Account Services at Yes& Agency, Max directed strategic communications programs for healthcare, non-profit, and federal clients, consistently exceeding engagement and behavior change objectives while optimizing resource efficiency.
Max holds a master's degree in global communication from the George Washington University and a bachelor's degree in public policy from Duke University. He serves on the Advisory Council for GW School of Business Digital Marketing Certificate Program.
