NICHD OSPRA Awards Palladian Three-Year Contract for Program Support Services
In March 2026, the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) Office of Science Policy, Reporting, and Program Analysis (OSPRA) awarded Palladian Partners, an Altarum company, a three-year contract to support science and meeting writing, graphic design, and scientific portfolio analysis services.
NICHD advances research to improve the health and well-being of children, adults, families, and communities. Within NICHD, OSPRA ensures that funded research is accurately categorized, analyzed, reported, and aligned with federal requirements and strategic priorities, enabling informed decision-making and transparent reporting to National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Department of Health and Human Services, Congress, and the public.
