NIH OCPL Awards Public Liaison Support Task Order to Palladian Partners
This month, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Communications and Public Liaison (OCPL) selected Palladian Partners, an Altarum company, to provide communications and public engagement support services for another three years.
NIH OCPL is the primary hub for agency-wide communications, supporting NIH leadership and Institutes, Centers, and Offices in sharing timely, accurate, and accessible information about biomedical research and public health priorities. OCPL staff strengthen engagement with NIH stakeholders who range from the general public and health professionals to policymakers and the media.
Under the new award, Palladian will deliver comprehensive strategic communications support to translate complex NIH research into clear, compelling, audience-centered content. The team supports integrated communications planning, message development, and coordination aligned with federal standards for plain language and accessibility. Past projects include development of the NIH Virtual Tour, an immersive online exhibit of the agency campus and its research progress.
“We are honored to continue this longstanding partnership, built on decades of experience serving NIH,” said Emily Krebbs, Senior Vice President at Palladian. “Our staff bring deep familiarity with NIH policies and communication protocols, paired with a shared commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.”
