Community Care Corps Launches 2026 RFP Opportunity

As a partner of the program, Altarum is excited to share that Community Care Corps (C3) has announced the release of its 2026 Request for Proposals (RFP). This national initiative, supported by the Administration for Community Living, invites organizations to apply for funding to develop innovative volunteer programs that provide nonmedical assistance to family caregivers, older adults, and adults with disabilities. The new RFP aims to expand the national network of volunteer programs that provide community-based support, helping individuals maintain independence and thrive at home.

This support will translate into real relief for families, creating stronger, more resilient communities nationwide. As a core partner alongside the Oasis Institute, USAging, and Caregiver Action Network, Altarum helps guide and strengthen the program’s impact nationwide. Through this collaboration, Altarum furthers its mission to empower government agencies and other organizations to advance their missions and improve health for all.
