Altarum is Proud Sponsor and Exhibitor of ADvancing State’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Conference

The Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Conference is  ADvancing States’ annual national conference that brings together state, federal, and local policymakers as well as leaders who administer, manage, and deliver waiver and other HCBS programs. Attendees will learn about, and collaborate on, practices and policies that improve state systems delivering long-term services and supports (LTSS) for all ages and abilities. We invite you to a live demonstration of the Direct Care Careers Center (DCC), a single workforce management tool that provides everything states need in one platform, including training and professional development resources, credentialing, and job matching. The Direct Care Careers Interactive Showcase will be in the Grand Ballroom Foyer on the 3rd Floor from 12pm – 5:30pm on August 19 and 8am – 5:30pm on August 20-21. 

The DCC system will also be showcased at the ACL Track: Expanding and Strengthening the Direct Care Workforce session on August 20 from 10:15am – 11:15am in the Grand Ballroom V on the 3rd Floor.

Our Delivery System Transformation focus area is home to forward-thinking experts who support foundations, states, and federal clients in designing and implementing holistic approaches to advance health equity, inclusive of access to LTSS, primary care, behavioral health, and community resources.
