Emily Ehrlich - MPH, PMP

Emily has more than 25 years of experience in health care policy and research, including co-authoring 15 peer-reviewed publications and directing a CMS-funded program to train 4,000 primary care and behavioral health providers in depression screening and safe opioid prescribing. Emily leads Altarum’s behavioral health work, which includes implementing peer recovery programs, creating a patient outcomes registry to improve mood disorder treatment, and delivering training and technical assistance to help communities address the opioid crisis. Emily has a master’s degree in health behavior and health education and is a certified Project Management Professional.
Chantell Frazier - MA, PhD

Chantell Frazier is a medical sociologist and expert on women’s health; veteran and military health; patient experience; and health equity, particularly access and quality of care for women of color. In her evaluation work with the Veterans Health Administration, she developed metrics and criteria for measuring the effectiveness of suicide prevention and mental health services, including physician opioid prescribing practices. Her work has been published in Health Affairs, the Journal of Patient Experience, AIDS and Behavior, and numerous government reports. Chantell earned a doctorate degree in sociology from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University.
