The Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP)’s mission is to support and promote the optimal health of women, children, youth, families, and communities by strengthening governmental public health and deepening community partnerships through a health equity lens. AMCHP’s members share a common goal of healthy children, healthy families, and healthy communities.

The theme of this year’s conference, “Cultivating Diverse Leaders in Maternal and Child Health,” echoes the mission of both Altarum and AMCHP. Altarum’s work in maternal and child health includes decades of experience in the delivery of public services, public health workforce training, and program evaluation.
