Altarum at HIMSS 2021

Altarum will attend the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society Annual Conference virtually in 2021.

Join us in the HIMSS Interoperability Showcase, where our experts Ed Castagna, Craig Newman, and Mike Yaskanin  will demo how a worker in a high-risk-for-cancer job category is diagnosed with and treated for cancer in the session Work, Cancer Care and Streamlined Public Health Reporting.   In this streamlined approach using real-time interoperability and standards-based reporting, the worker's diagnosis and treatment information are sent to a state health department, using FHIR, to accelerate the ability to monitor the health of the population and enable earlier interventions.
