Altarum to Present at ONC Virtual Event on Harmonizing Standards for Electronic Long-Term Services & Supports

Altarum developed for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) a set of tools, files, and instructions for developers known as a Reference Implementation to use when creating software that incorporates a new standard for electronically exchanging long-term care services and supports (eLTSS) service plans  used by providers, payers, and patients.   

During this presentation, we will provide an overview of the eLTSS FHIR Reference Implementation we created  and a live demo of how to use it.  This tool is a product of an  ONC-CMS partnership to identify and harmonize electronic standards to improve coordination of health and social services for  people who need long-term services and supports.See more information about the event on ONC's website.
