This webinar will feature presentations from Florida and Utah about their efforts to improve integration between the jurisdictional vital records offices and NBS programs. An efficient and effective data exchange between these programs is central to ensuring that all newborns are screened, and that impacted individuals receive crucial support and services. The presentations will be followed by a facilitated discussion of the successes and challenges experienced by other newborn screening programs. All programs are encouraged to share their experiences obtaining vital records data to support NBS program activities.
