Amy has 25 years of experience in IT and HL7, and quality assurance/project management, including conducting assessments and analysis of data systems and helping to set organizational strategy for technology investments. She currently manages the Bureau of Lab ETOR program utilizing HL7 for orders and results, also focusing on reporting, data quality and analytics. She has worked in many different Interface engines as well as EMRs, working on data integration and interoperability to connect them through telemedicine as well as managing different types of software. Amy holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from South Dakota State University of South Dakota as well as HL7 Certification.
