Carley Kirk has nearly 20 years of experience in portfolio management, clinical patient care and managing large quality improvement initiatives focused on maternal and child health, including a CMS-funded program in Michigan that resulted in one million low-income children receiving access to preventive oral health services. She has specialized in advancing population health through programmatic and technology implementation, informing policy and business development, and leading health care demonstrations of innovative approaches that advance care. She currently oversees operational management of multiple portfolios and informs business value activities and strategies to achieve organizational vision, mission, and values. Carley holds a master’s degree in health education and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in leadership and organizational dynamics, both from the University of Michigan. Carley serves as a voting member on the Michigan Maternal Mortality Review committee, Michigan Fetal and Infant Mortality Review committee and is a board member for the Michigan Oral Health Coalition.
