With over 35 years of experience working in the behavioral health field, Diana is a senior subject matter expert in behavioral health at Altarum, where she has led large national scale projects for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the Bureau of Justice Administration (BJA). She has worked in several treatment centers as a therapist and clinical director—most recently, as senior director of behavioral health services for a community mental health center in her home state of Indiana. A recognized national expert in mental health and behavioral health, Diana has served as the single state authority for Indiana, the state opioid treatment authority, the state policy and program director for Mental Health and Addictions Services, and the department of corrections program director for 32 prisons. She holds a Master of Social Work from Indiana University.
