What is the Security Risk Assessment Tool (SRA Tool)?
The ONC, in collaboration with the OCR, offers a downloadable Security Risk Assessment (SRA) Tool to help guide small and medium-sized provider practices and organizations in their efforts to assess security risks. The tool is designed to help organizations conduct a security risk assessment as required by the HIPAA Security Rule.
