Florence Rivera

With more than 15 years of experience in maternal and child health systems across the community, state, and national level, Florence is a maternal and early child health specialist at Altarum. In her current role, she leads the Early Childhood Services Training and Technical Assistance Center (ECS-TACC) and Strategic Support Services for the Regional Pediatric Pandemic Network (RPPN). Florence holds a Master of Public Health degree from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in dietetics from Purdue University. She has additional certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Association Executive (CAE).
