Now retired, Kelvin Womack is the former Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis Tennessee. Prior to this role, he served for 30 years as a consulting professional, primarily in the healthcare industry. He has experience in the government marketplace having managed large federal health consultancies for KPMG, BearingPoint and most recently, Deloitte Consulting.
Mr. Womack has advised cabinet-level departments of the U.S. government on a diverse array of functional disciplines including information technology, business model and process optimization and human capital. He has direct experience in leading through mergers and acquisitions as he was one of the senior leaders who led one of the most successful, large business integrations in 2009 when Deloitte acquired BearingPoint’s Federal Health Care practice. His broad business acumen and knowledge of how to navigate and serve the federal marketplace while leading Deloitte’s Federal Healthcare practice, helped transform Deloitte’s government consulting business into one of the market’s premier consultancies.
Mr. Womack has a MA degree in Management and Human Resources from Webster University and a BS degree from the U.S. Naval Academy.
