William is a senior software developer at Altarum. He has focused on health care use cases and EHR integrations over the last eight years. In his current role, William works in the public health domain on an extensible SMART-on-FHIR application to partially automate birth and birth defect reporting among other projects. Prior to Altarum, he contributed to a patient portal system, which pulled together information from disparate sources and presented it to hospital patients. William has a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of California, Berkeley.
